"Marcus at the front desk was helpful. No one else spoke English. The maid service was terrible, did not change our towels once during our 5 day stay there, they even took my large towel after my first night there and never brought me another one even after I complained to them. I had to use hand towels to dry my body. The maids insisted on knocking on our door earl every morning even though they knew we were in the room. "Tolles Haus mit perfektem Wohlfühlambiente. Schlafzimmer und Bäder top, Esszimmer gut und ausreichend Platz. Wohnzimmer mit einem klasse Kamin, hier leider nicht ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten für eine Gruppe. Die Küche ist für eine Gruppe die selber kochen möchte auch eher klein und schlecht ausgestattet, hier ließe sich eine lange Liste zusammen stellen, was fehlt, wie zum Beispiel nur Mini Wassergläser, oder große Tassen, große Löffel , vernünftige Messer, Topflappen … zum Kochen für eine...

"We loved our stay at this wonderful chalet! The house was beautifully decorated and had all necessary basics. The house is well located, close to many great hikes, restaurants, etc. We were able to order products from a local dairy and bakery which were delivered to the front door in the morning. Giulia was a great host. Although at the time of our stay she was travelling she kept in close contact with us. Overall 10/10! HIghly recommend. We would love to return!"
