The sea view house La Bastille is ideally located close to all sites and amenities, making it easy to plan your stay. Direct access to the sea is just 50 meters away, with shops, restaurants, a market, and a supermarket only 2 minutes away. The 600 m² garden is fully enclosed and planted with trees, featuring 2 terraces, garden furniture, and a barbecue. You have two private parking spaces within the garden.



On the ground floor, enjoy a bright living area with access to the terrace and garden, a lounge (TV/WIFI), dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker). There is also a sea view bedroom (160 cm bed, 220x240 duvet) with an en-suite bathroom (shower, washing machine) and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find a spacious, bright sea view bedroom (180 cm bed, 240x260 duvet), a second bedroom (160 cm bed, 220x240 duvet), and a bathroom with shower and toilet.



The entire house is at your disposal.



Bed linen and towels are not provided but are available for an extra fee. Duvets and pillows are available.



A cleaning fee is mandatory to ensure the house is spotless before each guest’s arrival. It is not included in the booking and will be charged for an extra fee.



Please make sure not to leave the accommodation untidy before your departure (kitchen/dishes put away, beds stripped, bins emptied).
