Welcome to our brand new, newly built, fully air-conditioned Domus Sciurorum villa. With 2,680 square feet spread over two levels, a bright garden level, and a cozy first floor, it offers spacious areas designed for your comfort.

You will enjoy a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a wine cellar, induction hobs, a latest-generation bean-to-cup coffee machine, and everything you need to cook with ease.

The villa has five bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and a large wardrobe to make your stay more comfortable.

Outside, a superb 150 m² terrace invites you to enjoy the mild climate and share convivial moments.

• 2 bedrooms with 180 cm beds, each with a private bathroom with shower.

• 2 separate toilets.

First floor:

• Second relaxation area upstairs with a bubble sofa for moments of relaxation.

• Two bedrooms, one with a 180 cm bed, the other with a 160 cm bed, each with a bathroom with shower or bathtub.

• One bedroom with two 90 cm beds that can be converted into a 180 cm bed, also equipped with a bathroom with shower.

• Two separate toilets.

Outside

• Heated swimming pool (May to September) with roller shutter for safety and privacy (size 7x4) : Beach towels are not included in the package.

The pool heating may be switched on depending on the outside temperature and weather conditions. Consequently, depending on the weather, the pool may not be heated at certain times, even during the swimming season.

Security: Surveillance cameras are installed outside only, facing the entrance and the pool.
They are deactivated during rentals and do not film any interior spaces or guests' private areas.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area. Please respect the peaceful surroundings. We do not allow parties.

During your stay, it is your responsibility to activate and deactivate the alarm and to open and close the pool shutters.
Children near a pool require your constant vigilance and active supervision, even if they can swim. The presence of a parent and/or adult is essential when the pool is open.
