Main floor:
- Large living area with Cathedral-style living room, bay windows opening onto the terrace
- Terrace with garden furniture, outdoor kitchen, and dining area
- Fully equipped open kitchen & dining area
- Suite 1, terrace access, Queen-size bed, Bathroom (Bathtub, Italian shower, double sink, separate toilet), walk-in closet
- Independent toilet

Garden Level:
- Suite 2 – 3 – 4: Each with outdoor access, Queen-size bed, Bathroom (Walk-in shower, washbasin)
- Laundry room, washing machine, dryer
- Relaxation area, with sofa and library
- Independent toilet

Exterior:
- Heated swimming pool (May to September)
- Suite 5 (only accessible from the outside): Queen-size bed, Bathroom (Walk-in shower, sink, toilet)

- 3 Parking spaces for cars

** The pool is heated from April to October**
For the months of April and October, the pool is heated only if weather conditions are favorable. In case of very low temperatures, it is technically impossible to heat it.
