Beautiful, feel-good villa for 10 people located 2 min walk from the beach in Pyla, CASA PYLA is a spacious 151 sqm, family home with a large, private 400 sqm garden and a 65sqm ipe decking which makes it the perfect outdoor space to enjoy Summer.

The space
Hidden amongst pine trees and only a two-minute walk from the beach, CASA PYLA has a wonderful, feel-good vibe to it.
Fitted with large double-glazing windows, it is filled with natural light.

The ground floor of the house is composed of a very large open-space living room with high ceilings including a living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, all overlooking a large terrace facing the garden.
There is a toilet on this floor as well as a bedroom with its bathroom and private entrance door.
Upstairs, you will find 4 double bedrooms with electric shutters, 2 bathrooms, and 1 toilet on the landing accessible by all 4 bedrooms.

On the side of the house, you will find an outdoor shower and a clothesline to dry towels

Bed linen and towels are provided for stays of 7 days or more.


OUTDOOR SPACE:
The outdoor terrace allows lunch/dinner overlooking the garden. A coal barbecue is available for you.
Several outdoor spaces in the sun and shade allow you to enjoy the garden.
For remote workers, internet access is high-speed thanks to fiber.

PARKING:
There are two free parking spaces on the property.
As they are under old pine trees, we strongly recommend you bring a car cover to protect your car bodywork from resin drops.

JULY/AUGUST:
The house is only available for rental for a min. of 7 nights.
Guest access
Bordeaux Airport is 45 min drive or you can take the train to Arcachon and then grab a cab or get the bus.
The house is located 2 min walk from the beach and 3 min from all the shops & restaurants of Le Moulleau.
All shops (baker, butcher, grocer, fishmonger, tobacco/press, supermarket, cheese maker, pharmacy...) are within walking distance or by bike.
The Dune of Pilat is 12 min away by car. The center of Arcachon is 10 min drive and the boat shuttles to Cap Ferret is 7 min walk.
Other things to note
No shoes inside the house
Smoking is allowed outside only as we often receive families with young children.
