A deposit of €500.00 (five hundred/00) is required for each reservation. This deposit will be automatically refunded within two (2) days of check-out, subject to a damage inspection.

Furthermore, in December and January there will be an extra daily charge of €150 for heating.

Exclusive three-story villa with private pool and spectacular views of the Gulf of Poets. Spacious and bright spaces, tastefully furnished and designed for maximum comfort. Outside, a panoramic garden with barbecue is ideal for relaxing and dining at sunset. A private garage and complete privacy complete this perfect oasis between sea and nature.
The villa comprises three floors, each with six beds, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. The ground floor has a garden, and the first floor has a large terrace. Outside, in the entrance area, there's a swimming pool overlooking the Gulf of Poets.

To access the villa, we recommend arriving by car. The property is easy to reach and has two covered parking spaces and one uncovered parking space.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING
By law, before arrival it is mandatory to complete an online form for guest registration. The form takes about 10 minutes and must be filled out by all travelers.

For last-minute bookings: the form must be completed by 8:00 PM, as our support service is available from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
