Hébergement super! Rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Les heures d’ouverture de la réception sont limitées, mais j’ai reçu de très bonnes informations pour faire moi-même mon inscription et j’ai reçu un vidéo très bien fait nous expliquant comment entrer et prendre possession de la chambre. Je recommande vivement.

We had a little difficulty in finding the property on foot. I wish there had been a little hand drawn map on the website, it would be so easy, Google maps makes it hard. She sends a video which is great, but you're so trying to pay attention to codes, you fail to see/hear other pertinent info.. like it's in the first floor. The place was DARK and I guess we never tripped the lights to come on and had to use flashlights on our phones to find the door. All this could have been so much easier with very well thought out instructions written as well as the video. I had to re-watch the video for the code to get in, as the info brochure wasn't in the room at check in, but she made the room available early so we could stow our luggage, so she very accommodating!! It's a GREAT room with a GREAT location and a GREAT balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed it once we figured out how to heat the room during this cold snap! We would stay here again, it's so cute and inviting! Great caretaker!! Easy to work with!!

Thanks for your review :)For people who arrive after hours we thought we'd send easy video instructions. You actually arrived at lunch time, WITH THE RECEPTION CLOSED, and we did everything we could to make sure your room was ready and therefore make it easier for you to rest.We're sorry if you didn't like the easy code system; the alternative would have been to wait for the appropriate check-in time but you still preferred to enter independently so you chose to enter without the presence of the staff. Having said this, we are happy that you enjoyed your stay and wish you a good continuation.

Sehr gut gelegen tolles zimmer und Parkmöglichkeit bei ihnen buchbar (50 euro für 2 Tage). Unbedingt zu empfehlen ist Porto venere.

The hotel was within 10 minutes walk to the La Spezia station and a few minutes walk to the Main Street with many restaurants which was very convenient. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They gave us clear instructions how to get to the hotel and many recommendations on how we can travel to the Cinque Terre. The room was spacious and clean. The bed, the shower, everything is so comfy and made us felt like home. I personally think the actual room looked even nicer than the photo we saw online. Considering the price, we chose to stay in La Spezia instead of Cinque Terre. We all agreed we made the right choice and would definitely recommend this place to our friends .

Very difficult to navigate 1 way back streets to get to hotel. On arrival however, very lovely greeting Room was clean and neat but our big disappointment was that it smelled very moldy/mildewy. Biggest plus was location which was perfect - literally around the corner from the train station which took us to Cinque Terre

We regret this feedback because we put a lot of effort into ensuring excellent stays for our guests.We always send the coordinates in the morning to reach us for check-in, so that you have no problems arriving. The roads are narrow but following our links you can get there very well :)Regarding the smell we are very sorry. We don't remember which room I booked but they all have large windows for air circulation.Good continuation

This property has been updated inside and is gorgeous. Each private room has everything you need and the mattresses were the most comfortable we had in Italy. The owners are very nice and willing to help with an early check-in and luggage storage. Definitely would come back.

Colazione compresa nel prezzo e nessuno si è preoccupato di chiedere l'ora- quindi nessuna colazione- camera totalmente differente da foto-umdita da paura-odoro di muffa in camera-polvere da paura-72.00 euro davvero troppo per tutto questo per 1 notte con colazione non avuta e pagato tassa di soggiorno a parte 2.50euro di cui gli ho dato 5 euro e non abeva resto..e quindi ne ha presi 5.. io ho sempre pagato la tassa turistica sulla ricevuta camera-per il periodo che stiamo vivendo penso che la pulizia sia molto importante..

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und herzlich eingerichtet. War alles sehr sauber. Im ersten Moment ist man etwas verunsichert wegen der Umgebung. Aber es liegt super da der Bahnhof in 5min zu Fuss erreicht ist. Im Zimmer hört man aber nichts von aussen. Man kann sein Auto parken ist aber etwas teuer ( 22Euro pro Tag) Man bekommt einen Bon für das Frühstück. Im Preis- Leistungsvergleich eher teurer.

Die Unterkunft war super gelegen zum Bahnhof um Cinque Terre zu besuchen. Nahe gab es auch gute Bars und Restaurants und zum Hafen lediglich 10 min. zu Fuss. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr hübsch eingerichtet und ruhig. Wer mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, kann ganz in der Nähe in einem gedeckten Parkhaus das Fahrzeug gegen Gebühr stehen lassen. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

ous nous avions payé pour un hôtel et nous avons uniquement trouvé des chambres avec une petite entrée en guise de hall d accueil Et petits déjeuners à prendre à l extérieur dans 3 cafés bar au choix ! Un soir impossible d’ouvrir la porte de la chambre...deux num de tel pour appeler les gérants sms par whatsapp mail....aucune réponse!!! Après recherche nous avons heureusement trouvé dans un tiroir de l accueil une boîte à lunettes contenant tous les doubles des 5 chambres !!!!sécurité au top!!!le lendemain excuses bidons du personnel et proposition de geste compensatoire à recevoir...nous attendons toujours !!! Changement de draps sur une semaine...zéro fois!!Nous Déconseillons fortement au regard du prix

Because it’s a apartment style (which we didn’t know until we were there) you are basically sharing the building with other people that actually live there and if anything happened (noise and etc), the hotel can’t really do anything. There are locks everywhere, it made you feel safe but it’s so unnecessary and really annoying when you have stuffs.

Das erste das uns auffiel war der unangenehme Geruch, total muffig und nach Schimmelsporen - tatsächlich waren Schimmelpilze an Fenster und Dusche zu sehen. Das Zimmer war zwar sehr schön ausgestattet, aber wohnlich, gemütlich war es dennoch nicht. Gegen die hellhörigkeit der Räume werden Oropax angeboten; das fand ich sehr nett. Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar sehr gut aber mit dem Auto ist La Spezia nicht empfehlenswert aufgrund von sehr sehr wenig Platz. Uns war klar; das das Frühstück auswärts zu essen ist - aber irgendwie war es dennoch etwas komisch .

Es tut uns leid, wenn Sie Ihre Erfahrung in unserer Struktur nicht vollständig genossen haben. Wir entschuldigen uns, wenn Sie einen starken, feuchten Geruch wahrgenommen haben, aber die Nachbarn ein Rohr gebrochen hatten und wir mit unseren Wänden ebenfalls betroffen waren. Wir haben das Problem behoben, aber für die Tage Ihres Urlaubs konnten wir nicht eingreifen. Ich wünsche Ihnen eine gute Fortsetzung

La struttura è moderna e davvero molto accogliente; le stanze sono pulite e belle come nelle foto. la struttura è posizionata a due passi dal centro e a due minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni che abbiamo utilizzato per spostarci a visitare le Cinque Terre. Struttura molto consigliata.

Pessima esperienza
Il nostro soggiorno di lavoro alle 5terre la spezia è stato problematico in quanto solo 2 di 4 persone sono riuscite ad accedere all’hotel, questo poichè non c’era nessuno ad aprirci nè a rispondere al teléfono al nostro arrivo. Abbiamo dovuto quindi soggiornare in un’altra struttura per due notti e le 5terre non ci hanno rimborsato nonostante fosse colpa loro. Perdipiu la seconda e terza notte le 2 camere che avevamo prenotato (e pagato!) sono state assegnate ad altri clienti! Hanno dunque guadagnato a spese nostre! Il ragazzo con cui abbiamo parlato al teléfono non è stato di alcun aiuto e non si è mai fatto vedere di persona. In conclusione pessimo customer service e mussing serietà, non torneremo di sicuro.

Buongiorno. Ci dispiace molto per quanto accaduto. Il nostro dipendente ci ha informati che effettivamente vi aveva mandato tutte le informazioni per entrare via email. Tuttavia capiamo il vostro disappunto non avendo più potuto comunicare con lui. Per il rimborso: non ci è stato possibile effettuarlo. Il nostro staff, nel periodo del vostro soggiorno, non era al completo e purtroppo il servizio non è stato all'altezza. Porgiamo i nostri più sentiti saluti.

I felt safe at the property. We had adjoining rooms with family and not only could you lock the door to your room but you could lock a second door that went out to the reception area. I did not like the fact that you could not reach anyone after hours. Both phone numbers did not work. We even had local people try to contact property with out success. Do not book this property on short notice.

The property was very nice. Checking in confusing and we almost did not get into our room at all because no one available to answer phone or help us get inside. 3 hours later, finally inside because other travelers/residents let us inside the building. Very frustrating and a little scary. However, after getting inside, the place was very nice and beautiful. We did book the same day we wanted to stay, which the hotel asks to allow 3 days for confirmation, so I'm sure that was part of the problem. I believe that if you booked early and did make contact before coming to the hotel, things would go better for anyone else. We booked late because Venice was flooded and we had to change trip plans at last minute. It was disappointing though because even Italians that lived/worked int the neighborhood could not get through to the hotel with their phones which the phone numbers provided. Expedia did not get through either. But it did work out after all, thankfully. .

Cara Betty mi dispiace molto, abbiamo avuto dei seri problemi di staff e le prenotazioni dell'ultimo minuto non siamo riuscite a gestirle al meglio. Sono comunque contenta che abbiate apprezzato molto le camere e la struttura in generale. Vi auguro buon proseguimento.

No de muy fácil acceso en auto, leer bien porque el check in tiene un horario, y si llegas más tarde es automático No usamos el parcking por este motivo así que el auto quedo en la calle Muy cerca de la estación para hacer cinqueterre
