Graffiti House is an elegant urban retreat in the heart of La Spezia, a design flat that goes beyond simple hospitality to become an authentic experience. A welcome snack awaits in the kitchen for your first morning: croissants, biscuits, jam, tea and coffee, handy if the journey has left you hungry. 45 sqm, third floor with lift, sleeps up to 4.



The Space:

Comfortable double bedroom with TV and a bright, spacious living room with a double sofa bed and TV. Fully equipped kitchen: oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine. Modern bathroom with shower (a single bathroom in the flat). Private balcony and a kitchen window with an Italian-style pull-out drying rack.

Third floor with lift. Key safe for self check-in.



The Neighborhood:

An ideal location: sights, restaurants, the fish market and train station all easily reached. From La Spezia, every Cinque Terre village is 5-15 minutes away by train.



Getting Around:

Street parking (blue lines) on nearby streets, payable via meter or the EasyPark app. Alternatively, La Spezia Centrale station's (covered) car park is within walking distance.

Pets not accepted.



We leave a few breakfast basics in the kitchen for your first morning (croissants, biscuits, jam, tea, coffee, portioned powdered milk, sugar); where a kitchen is available, also our award-winning extra virgin olive oil from a local producer whose mill and honey production can be visited on one of our experiences, plus salt and washing-up liquid, and washing machine/dishwasher pods where fitted. Bed and bath linen included, with shower gel, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Professional cleaning, concierge support from Vernazza. La Spezia is the gateway to the Cinque Terre, all reachable by train in 5-15 minutes.



Concierge office in Vernazza open 9:30am–7:00pm from 1 March to 31 October; outside this period the office is closed, with presence available on request. We're always happy to welcome guests staying in any of the other villages too, whether for a quick hello or for advice on local experiences and activities.

Interaction with Guests:

Check-in handled by Cinque Terre Riviera, our Vernazza office (Via Roma 24). The flat has a key safe for self check-in, standard hours 3:00pm–7:00pm; late check-in 7:00pm–10:00pm, with a €50 supplement only if assisted check-in is requested. For a smooth arrival, please share your email and arrival time in advance. Heating switched off from 1 April to 8 November under Italian law.
