However, we would like to explain that showing up at the check-in with your child having a reservation only for 2 people in which no child is mentioned cannot be considered a reason for complaint.We did our best to find you a room that could accommodate you all together. We then have offered to move you to a Room of a different category: a Deluxe Room the only alternative available, the Front Office has explained clearly that there was a supplement which you agreed to honour.I am sorry you were disappointed with this other solution as well as to blame our property for something that is not our fault has absolutely no grounds, and I have to say that I take great pride of our service standards recognized by the vast majority of our customers.For these reasons we think your words has a pure sense of unfair revenge. We always welcome constructive feedback as an opportunity to improve our service standards and facilities.
