Vacation at Cali: 30 Minutes from Puy du Fou, Private Garden & Terraces, Wi-Fi

Located in La Seguignère, this spacious 130 m² holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. On the ground floor, you'll find a TV lounge/dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a WC.



Upstairs, five bedrooms await with beds made on arrival. The "Suite" has a private bathroom and a 160x200 bed. The "Plage" and "Dorée" rooms (140x190 beds) open onto the mezzanine with a reading nook, a large bathroom, and a WC. Two steps lead to the "Blanche" and "Bleue" rooms (140x190 beds) and an additional bathroom.



Shampoo and shower gel are provided. A travel cot is available for little ones.



Outside, enjoy a garden divided into three areas: a dining/apéritif space with a large table and lounge under an electric awning, a shaded relaxation area with seating, and a play area with a ping-pong table and five loungers for relaxing after activities. A pergola, parasol, and barbecue are also available.



You have two street parking spaces. One pet is welcome, but parties are not allowed. The garden can be secured with a roll-down screen for children's safety.



The house is 25 minutes from Puy du Fou, one hour from Les Sables d’Olonne beaches, and close to outlet stores for shopping at Marques Avenue.
