"A great property! The room was outfitted well; very comfortable. The common area was fantastic, with lots of room to socialize with the other guests. We enjoyed sitting around having an adult beverage after a long day exploring. Wish we could have stayed longer. Next time we are in the area we will stay here again. "

"We booked this property last minute after hiking all day and were so pleased with everything! The lease office was closed, but Mark in the sales office took amazing care of us! He gave us a welcome beverage and helped orient us to the property and even gave us a personal contact number incase we had an issue. Views were absolutely stunning and the property was pristine. The hot tub was the perfect ending to the day and the stars felt reachable! We will definitely stay here again!! "

"Great house! Owner was very responsive when hot tub didn't work. Fixed immediately. Only downfall is main access to hot tub is thru master bedroom/bathroom so not ideal for privacy."

"Very nice place. We appreciated having use of the garage as well as the house. Two of the rooms have glass doors so are not private. We hung up sheets for privacy and were very comfy!"

"Moab Rim views was an amazing property for us 2 couples! It was very comfortable, very well stocked with kitchen pots, pans and utility wares! We cooked in all 5/7 nights healthy tasty meals. We prepped lunches and made breakfast daily! The bedrooms up stairs are separated for 2 couples for more privacy! We loved the washer and dryer as our 3 days bike, 2 hike and one day float got us a little dusty and dirty. The 2 car garage was perfect for our pick up truck and bike safety… no need to unload...
