My apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, an equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed.
It also has a BALCONY with outdoor furniture to take your meals and which will be very appreciated during the beautiful sunny days.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

You will stay 10 minutes by car from the city center. Thus, you will find everything you need: restaurants, bars, shops, shopping malls, pharmacies, department stores, bakeries, pastry shops, fishmongers, chocolate shops, butcher shops... For your daily shopping, you will find a supermarket Carrefour Market at 9 min walk.

With the location of the accommodation, you will be able to discover the city by visiting its tourist attractions such as: the Aquarium la Rochelle which is at 6 min by car, the Old Port at 18 min, the Lantern Tower at 19 min, the Maritime Museum at 4 min, the Charruyer Park at 17 min where you will be able to make bike rides and picnics at the water's edge, the Globe of Francophonie at 5 min, the Casino Barrière at 19 min and the Canal de Marans at 8 min by car Moreover, you can't miss the Aytre Beach and the Aquatic Center which are respectively 7 and 11 minutes away by car.
