Enjoyable family place

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit comes with extras like beach towels, laundry detergent, and bikes. Kitchen has a lot of supplies, but could use more silverware. We were pleasantly surprised to find spices, sweeteners and condiments. We did run out of paper towels, being left with only a partial roll Also could've used another box of tissues in the MB bathroom, being left with a box that was nearly out. Aside from that, it was a great place and we all agreed that we would be happy to stay there again.

Great location, but needs updating in living areas

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dining room table and chairs are bulky , uncomfortable; makes it hard for others to walk around table. Living room furniture comfortable, but old. TV too small and too far from seating area. Kitchen well stocked with proper kitchen equipment. Being close to tennis court was nice, but many neighbors had a lot of small children on courts early in the mornings and were loud. No Mountain View.
