Pool heating is $60/day with 24 hours' notice (capped $1,000/month for monthly stays, max 82F); spa heating is free.

The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.



No pets. Garage and driveway parking for up to four; the HOA prohibits street parking and oversized RV, trailer, or commercial vehicles.



Quiet hours 10pm to 8am.



Early check-in or late check-out (up to 2 hours) available for $75, subject to availability
