Over all I liked the property. It was very nice and relaxing. It was a little shocking to find a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor and an old bandaid in the shower.

Great Experience

The owner was easy to work with. Unit had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Beds were comfortable, unit was very clean, plenty of towels and paper products.

Unsanitary, Roach and Grasshopper-like bugs under bed, bad kitchen

We arrived after a full day driving for our 8-day holiday in this unit. When we got in we noticed how filthy the carpets were. They are stained beyond anything I have ever seen-totally gross and dirty looking. The walls were all dinged, marked up, or scratched, cabinet scratches had wrong color markers to try to cover them up, not stain. Upon entering the master, a giant 2 inch long cockroach crawled out from under the bed, followed by what I will call a grasshopper. Upon complaining, I was told that no one had complained before. Another roach in the room was on the blinds crawling up. Gross!! During the week we constantly had to deal with bugs. The carpet was so gross it made out socks dirty. The towels were tattered and there were not enough floor mats. The smell of glade was too intense (we finally found the source and unplugged it) and the towels had a super strong detergent smell that took a few washes (and using Trader Joes lavender liquid detergent) to get out. The master bedspread did not looked washed in a while (which I did and it looked crisp and clean afterwards) and the other room's comforter had a hole in it. The oven did not work well in that the "off" button was broken. To turn the oven off we set a timer with an auto shut off. If you use the convection oven that keeps going for about 25 minutes even after the timer turns the rest of the oven off. There were zero baking pans and zero cookie sheets so we could not make the cake or corn bread we had brought ingredients for. The cooking utensils that were plastic were so old that the plastic had bubbled. There was no proper grater. There was no strainer so we nearly got 3rd degree burns trying to drain the pasta by only opening a small part of the lid and having the boiling water come out but trying to keep the pasta in the pot. There was no pasta too/utensil to just take the pasta out one scoop at a time. The microwave door got stuck. The tea kettle did not whistle and the lid on its spout did not stay open so the hot water spilled onto the counter some when trying to get it into a cup (another opportunity for 3rd degree burns). No peeler. Just badly stocked. The cleaning lady brought us new pots because the teflon pots were scratched to the point of being unsafe. The smaller stainless pots and pans had burned on food. No chain on doors so no way to chain the doors at night -owners and cleaning folks have 24/7 access. Much deferred maintenance in this unit. Vacuum smelled.

Best location in greater Palm Springs.

Well furnished and stocked house. Full gated security with nice pools. Modern appliances and contemporary furnitures. Great size bedrooms and bathrooms. Thoughtful host who communicates timely. Loved it.

Beautiful property and location

This was one of the cleanest and most beautiful places I’ve stayed in. Had lots of amenities and the neighborhood was beautiful. The pool area was gorgeous as well and had tons of seating and little cabana-type coverings. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful property - had one of the 12 pools to ourselves and the owner was accommodating and so easy to work with. I will book this again!

Excellent choice for families!

We really enjoyed spending a couple of nights at this condo. A ton of space made it easier with two kids and Savitas condo was stocked with basics which also helped us be able to pack lighter. Great location to the pools and enjoyed the patios for a morning coffee! Would definitely visit again!

Paradise spring break

We were absolutely in heaven at this condo. It was spacious, accommodating, and the resort was relaxing. Because there were so many pools, we always found a quiet place to swim or hot tub. Our teenagers would go on walks or hikes. So many restaurants and lots of shopping a short drive away. The condo had great AC and perfect beds for great rest. Savita was excellent at messaging and answering questions quickly. All in all, we loved this unit and will back for sure!

Stunning I'm every way!

Wish we had longer to stay at this gorgeous two-bedroom, two-bath villa! It is set in a stunning location, beautifully appointed and maintained. Across the street from one of 12 pools. Very comfortable beds, excellent quality linens, well equipped kitchen. The nicest VRBO I've stayed in for sure.

Family Trip

Our stay for the two weeks was fantastic and our host was incredibly friendly and responsive to all of our needs. The property was perfect and close to everything. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Paradise Found

Above and beyond... Well Equipped condominium in excellent location! There are 12 pools in this complex so pretty much a pool around every corner. Wonderful hiking trail across the street, hammock Utopia near the clubhouse, basically wonderful!!! The highlight of my trip was seeing a roadrunner.. Thanks so much Savita, we will be back.

4 days 3 nights

Everything was great! It clean and well stocked, great general location. The only thing! Is , the air conditioners 2 sets of 2 on both sides of the bedroom. If you are sensitive to noises, it will bother you. Choose a bedroom to the left- much quieter.
