The backyard, has a pool, spa, firepit seating area and lounge chairs. In addition, there is a separate seating area with misters for the warmer months, a fireplace, propane gas grill and a big screen TV to watch all of your favorite sporting events. This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath property has six smart TV's and surround sound throughout the home for music and has all of the amenities for an incredible vacation. There are two en-suite bedrooms in the main house and two en-suite bedrooms in the detached casita. The home has an open floorplan with a bar and a separate ice machine, billiards room and an expansive kitchen. The family room boasts an 80", TV and fireplace to watch your favorite shows.

This home does come equipped with an 220V electric car plug in the garage. (You must supply your own charger cable).

*Note: Due to COVID, the city of La Quinta has strictly enforced city ordinance for vacation rentals. The most important rule to note prior to booking is that there is no outdoor music or amplified sound allowed at any time of the day or night. If you are playing music inside, the doors must be closed. City fines begin at $1,000.

Close by is the Stadium Course Club House featuring Ernie's restaurant which features a full dining, bar, lounge and patio (with fire pit) which overlooks the final hole of the course. It's a great place for happy hour before you head into town! If you are looking to play golf at PGA West there are three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament. Enjoy some of the many world-class events like The American Express Golf Tournament (previously the Bob Hope Classic) every January. Or if you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top Rated Tennis Stadium in March, with over 300 of the top-rated tennis players in the world. In April comes the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals just minutes down the road hosted at the famous Polo Grounds where you can also enjoy top-ranked polo matches free of charge and have a tailgate picnic with your friends at the same time.

All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed Wifi (Free Wifi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, dual ovens, stove, kettle, traditional drip coffee maker, toaster and blender.

Heating of the Pool: During the winter, the temperature of pools can range between 60-70 degrees. If you would like the pool heated, we do charge a fee of $100/per day. We can't guarantee temperatures and no refunds will be given for pools not reaching maximum temperatures. Please note in the summer pools can't be cooled to a lower temperature. The pool and spa have been properly cleaned in advance of your arrival. However, we sometimes experience winds in the desert which will cause debris to fall into the pool.

Kitchen:

Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. In addition, aluminum foil and saran wrap.

House Supplies:

Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper and laundry pods.
We also supply coffee filters, ground coffee, sugar packets, Equal & Stevia packets.
