This Santa Fe style vacation home is situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood, only 1.5 miles from the trails of the Fred Wolff Nature Preserve. Nestled in between the Santa Rosa Mountains, it sits high up in the La Quinta Cove and offers stunning, up-close mountain views from the front courtyard, the back patio and inside the house.

Entertainment such as restaurants/shops in Old Town La Quinta or Palm Desert, festivals in the Coachella Valley, or Palm Springs and even Joshua Tree National Park are easily reachable.

*** NOISE REGULATION and NO EVENT POLICY ***
Please note that we cannot allow parties or events at the residence due to the quiet, residential neighborhood the house is located in. The City of La Quinta strictly enforces their noise regulations (please see House Rules for more information).

*** OTHER THINGS TO NOTE UPFRONT ***
The pool is a good-sized plunge pool (with depth from 3' to over 5') for taking refreshing dips and lounging. Pool area is not separated by a safety fence from the house; the house is therefore not suited for children.
Pool is not heated but will be warmed by desert sun from spring through fall. Hot tub heat is complimentary.

* Courtyard with gorgeous mountain views, enclosed by privacy wall. Ambient lighting for night-time use.

* Private plunge pool w/ varying depth from 3’ to over 5’ (suited for lounging and refreshing dips only) and spillover waterfall from adjacent hot tub.
Pool is not heated but will be warmed by desert sun from spring through fall. Hot tub heat is complimentary.
Lounge chairs, umbrellas and pool towels available.
Easy to use pool and spa remote control.

* Alfresco dining on rear patio with stunning, up-close mountain views.
Equipped with BBQ grill (propane provided). Plenty of outdoor dishes and BBQ utensils available.
Landscape lighting and wall scones provide illumination after dark.
