Property was great!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was really great. We loved the area. There were a couple of things that we did need to mention. Something is wrong with the toilet, it made a high pitched screeching noise. The sink leaked bad as well. Also the wifi was miserable. Other than those few issues we loved the property.

Gorgeous and spacious home!

This was our sixth stay in Legacy Villas; first time at this unit. We absolutely loved it! The pictures don’t do justice of how beautiful the unit is. The rooms are very spacious and the house has a nice layout. This unit is in the back of the property backing up to the mountains, so it is very peaceful. Communication was good. We would stay here again.

Nice place in the desert

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Everything seemed to work and was exactly as described.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I needed to take a quick trip back to the desert for business and Royale put us back in our favorite townhouse at Legacy. You just can't beat the location right against the mountain. Every time we arrive, it's spotless and this one is just so well appointed which is why we ask for this one first. Can't wait to come back!!

Nice-ish

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Royale Vacations is great! We've rented from them in the past and will do so again. For this unit - it is nice enough and is in a good location. Living room and kitchen are comfortable and stocked. But - The master bed is rock hard, the queen bed squeaks everytime you move, the plumbing whistles and the washing machine makes a horrible sound when the water comes in.

Excellent!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After an initial glitch of finding the home with the water shut off, I called the rental emergency hotline. Someone came within a reasonable time frame to turn it back on (I had a severe bout of arthritis and could for the life of me not turn the handle!). I was very pleased with the follow up of the company to make sure the rest of our 10 days stay went without further problems. The property itself is a delight, well equipped, great quiet location and in excellent condition. After renting 5 times in Legacy we still enjoy the area and our only regret is the hassle with the parking permits, we do understand the reasoning behind the restrictions but when you rent a house with a 2 car garage that you are using, you would think they would allow 2 extra parking passes especially when the complex is 3/4 empty. Other than that we love it there and our family had a great time.

Good But items didn’t work

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex is very nice and this unit is clean. The problem was that in May in 104 degree weather the ac unit wouldn’t work in half the house. It ended up taking three visits from contractors to figure out the problem. Meanwhile it took time away from me visiting with my children who flew into town to visit with us. There are items needing repairs. Master sink drain line leaked like a sieve all over the cabinet and floor. Stand up fans did not work and were needed since the ac unit was not working. Stove gas knob was not attached, just played in place.. Bbq latterly almost collapsed because not one bolt was tightened. And the lid hinges are broken so lid falls off when raised. I tightened all bolts and used Allen wrenches in the henges so lid had something to pivot on.

Great management company

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay in this unit. We love the location, at the end of the complex it is quieter. I contacted the management company with some minor requests (new washcloths, BBQ brush, mop) and within 2 hrs everything was delivered. The rest of our 10 day stay was uneventful and the grandsons had a great time at the pools after online classes. The reason I will probably not rent this unit again is the bed in the second bedroom. My son and his wife came to pick up the kids and declined to stay because they had had 2 bad nights when dropping them off the first weekend. I decided to sleep in that room to verify their complaint and yes that bed is awful, mattress very lumpy and box spring old and noisy. I don't recall that problem during our first stay, but maybe my guests were too polite to complain:). I do hope that the owners will consider replacing that bed! The twin beds in the 3rd bedroom and the king in the master are fine. The kitchen is well stocked, yes the pots and pans have seen better days but it's a rental and some people are not very careful. A very nice upgrade is the flooring in the bedrooms, no more carpet!

Legacy LQ121

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice unit, however not spotless, not enough comfortble pillows in master bedroom. Also a decorative pillow was quite soiled and dirty. Area rug in living room had stains. We were unable to turn off the bathroom near the hallway. Washer is very old and water would not fill adequately, the poo noodles are breaking apart and are old. Overall a nice stay but would recommend higher quality of cleaning for the price and cleaning fee. I've stayed at Legacy many times and would not rent this particular unit again.

Beautiful townhome with gorgeous views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was extremely clean, up to date and well cared for. Water temp and pressure was very good and the townhome was a perfect fit for our family. The grounds at the resort were lush and well maintained and our grandchildren had a wonderful time running around, playing on the hammocks, and enjoying the numerous fountains. The location was terrific and close to shopping, grocery stores and activities. Some light bulbs were burned out on overhead lights and repairs were made quickly and in a professional manner. We will be back.
