The house is 330 m from the La-Punt Chamues train station, cross-country skiing trails, the Müsella ski lift can be reached in approx. 10 walking minutes, the next restaurant in approx. 2 minutes.
The apartment can be reached by elevator from the underground car park and the house has also a laundry room (washing machine and dryer), a ski room, and a bike room. Two parking places are in the rental price included. The living room is modern and comfortably furnished with a flat screen TV. The adjoining dining room has an oval table with 6 chairs. In the entrance, there is a cloakroom and a large mirror. The master room has a double bed (180x200), its own bathroom with a bathtub and shower, toilet, and a dressing room. The second room also has a double bed (180x200) and a built-in wardrobe. It shares a bathroom with a shower and toilet with the third room, which is furnished with a bunk bed and two smaller built-in wardrobes. The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, oven and all the utensils you need for cooking. Not suitable for children.

Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl. Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.
