Holiday Home 'Gites de La Hutte - Gîte1' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Gîte 1 is in La Possonnière, on a quiet, enclosed 35,000 m² (3.5 ha) estate surrounded by vines, near hiking trails, the Loire à Vélo cycle route and renowned vineyards.



Separate from the main house and east-facing, this 60 m² non-smoking holiday home sleeps up to 4 guests.



It comprises:

• ground floor: a 30 m² living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, lounge area and toilet;

• first floor: 2 bedrooms (one with two 90 cm beds and the other with one 160 cm bed) and a shower room.



Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The ground floor and shower room have electric heating. A TV and Nespresso machine are provided (a few capsules are supplied for your arrival).



Outside: a private barbecue with garden furniture, a garden, playground and outdoor pool. The pool is open from late April to late September, from 10 am to 8 pm, and may be heated depending on the weather. It is not fenced but is secured each evening with a reinforced safety cover. Children must remain under your supervision.



Shared on-site parking (4 spaces), with more available if needed. Step-free access and self check-in. An outdoor security camera overlooks the car park and courtyard.



Bed linen and towels are provided.

Internet access and utilities are included.



No parties or noise between 1 am and 7 am.

Outdoor pool: Open from 15 April to 30 September. Opening hours: 10:00 – 20:00.
