This villa, called Le Chalet Marylène, is situated on an old hillside, just 700 m on foot from the seafront, in the quiet district of la Peignère. It can accommodate 14 adults and 1 child.



This family home is set on one level and comprises an independent kitchen equipped with everything you need to feel at home (induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso and Tassimo coffee makers, toaster, kettle, and much more). A dining room, a lounge with TV, a utility room with wine cellar, chest freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer complete the facilities. Two WCs, a bathroom and a bedroom (160 bed) complete the ground floor.



On the upper floor, you will find 4 bedrooms with double beds (140), including one with bunk beds, 2 bedrooms with single beds (2 x 90), a bathroom, a shower room and an independent toilet.



Oriented East-West, the house has a closed and secure garden with multiple spaces. For maximum comfort, garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue and a few sun loungers are provided.



You will be able to park for free on the hillside, opposite the house.
