The house is located in Lajares, a favorite destination for those seeking peace and the sea. In just 10 minutes by car, you can reach the paradise of El Cotillo or Corralejo in about 13 minutes.



The property is 5 minutes from the center, where you will find traditional restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, fashion shops, and a supermarket. Every Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00, there is a local market with typical products.



This rural house of 125 m² comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It features a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, TV, washing machine, and step-free access to one bedroom (the second bedroom is upstairs), bathroom, living room, and kitchen.



Outside, you can enjoy a private barbecue on the rear terrace, sunbathe on the open front terrace, or relax on the covered terrace. There is also an outdoor shower. The house is in a very quiet area. Surrounded by nature and terraces with plants, it is normal to occasionally find insects typical of the rural environment, such as black beetles or some cockroaches, especially outside at night. The house is clean and treated with products that eliminate insects if they enter.



For families, a crib and high chair are available upon prior request. The two single beds on the ground floor can be joined with a topper to form a double bed, upon prior request.
