The 18 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchenette, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 1 person. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine, and a dryer. Access to a sauna can be provided upon request and for a fee. There is also a shared kitchen with an oven.

Additionally, the guest will have access to a shared outdoor area with an overall size of 8000 m² that includes a pool, a covered terrace, and an outdoor shower.
