Hoteller nær La Luz Trail

"Very nice and very clean."

"Clean and comfortable room"

"When we arrived there was a large ball of hair in the bed and my wife and i got lice from the bed"

"Everything was fine and I enjoyed my stay. The only challenges stemmed from the TV signal strength being so weak that I have to select the same channel multiple time an hour as the signal failed. No big deal though. I did miss not having pancakes in the morning as the machine was not functional. However, the bagels were plentiful with multiple topping options so I was good."

"Our room had a musty smell and the bed was hard, so we did not want to stay the extra night. It was too late for us to find a new place to stay. I will say even though we had 2 nights booked through a 3rd party you were willing to not charge us for the second night. That was helpful. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant too."

"The staff are not completely informed of whether or not they have cribs for families needing them. I called to check a month in advance and a staff member checked, and confirmed they had one. The information was noted in my reservation record. When I contacted them to reconfirm the crib’s availability before my arrival, the Front Desk staff members said they didn’t have cribs. ??! I said that a staff member checked weeks ago with housekeeping and they told me otherwise. I mentioned the request...

"The property was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. The fitness center was small. But also there were some aesthetic / cleaning issues. We did not get a cleaning over our 3 night stay, there was some cracking in the drywall, the furniture / layout of the room made it feel really cramped. Good for the price though."

"Clean room, the lady that helped us was great! Bummed that the slide was not available."

"Hotellet trænger til renovering burde være et godt hotel, men er det ikke. Dårlig morgen buffet, restauranten har løber tør for bøf og øl Værelserne store men noget old fashion "

"Dårlig service. Møg beskidt værelse. Kommer ikke tilbage."

"I enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and the gentleman at the front desk was very nice"

"We loved the location and the accommodations. Very comfortable and Dawn made us delicious bread and muffins. This will be our first choice in any future trips to Albuquerque."
