In the heart of Brie, come and relax with friends or family, just a stone's throw away from the Forest of Crécy.

On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful dining room equipped with a large table and chairs that can accommodate up to 14 people. The available wood stove will add a warm ambiance to your meals. The dining room opens up to the living room with a large sofa and a television for comfort and relaxation.
Accessible from the living room, you will have access to a large terrace of 100m2 with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. Two large garden tables are available for enjoying a pleasant meal in the sun from the terrace.
You will also find a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker (filter required), Nespresso coffee machine (capsules optional), waffle maker, toaster, kettle, and dishes for 15 people.
A separate toilet is also available on the ground floor.
The house has 4 independent bedrooms. One on the ground floor with a double bed & a cot and 3 bedrooms upstairs (1 bedroom with two bunk beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and 1 bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed with a real mattress). Two extra beds are available in the living room (sofa bed with real mattress 160x190cm).
Two bathrooms are available: one on the ground floor with a sink, a shower, a bathtub, and a washing machine. The second one upstairs with a bathtub, a double vanity unit, and a toilet.
Ideal for family or friends' entertainment, you will find in the garden a 50m2 outbuilding equipped as a game room with a foosball table, dartboard, a sofa, and two coffee tables. An additional fridge is also available in the outbuilding.

The Villa is ideal to provide comfort and relaxation during your stay.

OCCUPATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION:
The accommodation is non-smoking.
The accommodation is designed for 15 people. For more than 15 people, please ask us before booking.
Possibility of organising a birthday party, EVG, EVJF, or small quiet family gathering within the limit of the number of people authorised, in strict compliance with the rules described in the house rules. Please read the house rules carefully before making a reservation.

CHECK-IN:
We make every effort to ensure that the accommodation booked is available as soon as possible and no later than 5.00 pm.

CHECK-OUT:
Check-out every day except Sundays and public holidays: 11.00 am at the latest.
Check-out on Sundays and publics Holidays : 5.00 p.m. at the latest.

Before leaving the accommodation within the allotted time, you will be asked to follow all the departure instructions described in the house rules. Please read the house rules carefully before booking.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
For each reservation, a security deposit of €1,000 is required from the tenant by bank transfer (amount not debited, which does not affect the bank limit) via our partner SWIKLY.
This sum will be released after your departure, unless you deduct the amount of a "cleaning supplement", any damage caused or any breach of the house rules.

HOUSEHOLD LINEN:
Bed linen is provided. When you arrive, the beds will be made up with clean sheets.
Towels are not included in the rental price. They can be hired on request for €5 each.

TRAVEL CONSUMABLES
During your stay with us, we will provide you with the following on arrival:
- Toilet paper
- Sponge and washing-up liquid
- Dishwasher detergent
- Hand soap
- Cleaning equipment

The following items are not included in the rental price:
- Shower gel/shampoo/after-shampoo
- Towel (Or optional at €5 each)
- Coal & firelighters

CLEANING:
A "standard" cleaning charge is included in the rental price. Before your stay, the accommodation will have been cleaned and checked.
The cleaning service provided prior to your arrival in the accommodation includes cleaning the accommodation, cleaning the household linen, making up the beds, providing travel consumables and checking the accommodation to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Before you leave, we will ask you to return the accommodation to us in a clean and tidy condition.
We will provide you with all the equipment you need to clean the accommodation so that you can return it to us in a clean and tidy condition.

PARKING:
Possibility to park up to 8 vehicles within the property.

INTERNET & TV:
The house is equipped with ORANGE fiber. You will also have the option to watch digital TV channels from the living room television.

PET POLICY
Pets are welcome at no additional cost under the following conditions:
- They must be clean.
- They should not cause any damage to the accommodation.
- Do not allow them to climb onto beds or sofas.
- Clean up after them.
Dangerous animals are strictly prohibited.

ACCESS:
You will have access to the entire accommodation exclusively for yourself.

NEIGHBORHOOD:
There is a bakery, a café-restaurant, a grocery store, and a chocolate shop 1 km from the house in the center of the village of La Houssaye en Brie. Otherwise, the first supermarket is Intermarché in Fontenay Tresigny, 5 km from the house. For family walks, the Forest of Crécy is just behind the house, accessible on foot.

TRANSPORTATION:
Access by car from the A4 motorway exit PROVINS in just 15 minutes. TGV Chessy station is 20 minutes away by car. Tournan-en-Brie station is 10 minutes away by car: RER E or line P (Access to Paris-Gare de l'Est in just 25 minutes). Marles en Brie station is 5 minutes away by car: Train towards Paris in just 35 minutes. Disneyland is only 20 minutes away by car, Provins at 45 km, and Paris at 50 km. Uber from central Paris to the house costs about €60 on average per vehicle for 4 people.
