Detached house in a large, enclosed, shaded garden opposite the Eloux forest - comfortable - approximately 85 m² - sleeps 5, comprising a living room with a lounge area and a single bed (90 cm), a fitted and equipped kitchen area, one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and another bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a washbasin. The bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets. There is a shower room and toilet. Amenities include a front-loading washing machine in the utility room, a pyrolytic oven, a mini-oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large flat-screen TV, a cot, and a baby bath. Garden furniture, a parasol, two sun loungers, and a deckchair are provided. Use of the fireplace is prohibited. Parking is available on the property. Only one small dog is allowed. Cleaning service is available for an additional €87.

In Barbatre and La Guérinière, pine forests and the holm oak forest in the north of the island, Plage des Dames, at Bois de la Chaize.
