Le Bois Joly - Studio Apartment, Sleeps 4

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of La Giettaz, this charming studio with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 37 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and you can enjoy a balcony. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, two convertible sofas (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- A balcony in length of about 10 m² to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in La Giettaz, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
In winter, a multitude of activities around skiing are offered to you on the ski area Diamant: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledding. But also many other activities, such as thematic or orientation courses and finally, discover the Mont Blanc from the sky with a hot air balloon ride!

In summer, you will enjoy many walks or bike rides. You can swim at the Flumet lake, go for a trail or climbing on the Carrière site or go fishing on the banks of the Arly. Finally, come and fill up on fresh and local products directly from the producers: milk, cheese, meat etc... You can even make your own Reblochon !

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage or in the private parking outside the apartment.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Albertville train station located about 45 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Geneva airport located at about 1h20 by car.
- Shuttles : a local shuttle serves the area around La Giettaz. It is possible from Albertville and Annecy to come by bus.

Other remarks :
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the concierge. An additional fee may be requested.
