"This hotel is a small property operated and I presume owned by a family. Most of the guests are Spanish speaking as is the family. Although I do not speak Spanish I was able to communicate adequately with my limited Spanish and the staff/family limited English. "Un lugar perfecto para descansar y disfrutar de la vista del lago, sus volcanes. Ademas, un jardin bellisimo! Con muchos rincones para descansar y meditar. "

"Very nice place in the middle of the main Street. Clean and comfortable rooms and a nice Spa area. Staff was very helpful and kind. We can only recommend this place if you need a little luxury on your trip around Guatamala."

"Todo ok"

"Affordable rooms if you are passing through. Easy to walk to the lake and vendors, nice view to the volcanos. Breakfast is so delicious! 😋 The staff were so kind and they let me ckeck in earlier then expected after a long trip. I think they can improve the amenities. There should be a couch in the room instead of chairs and some extra blankets for cold weathers."

"Que la toallas no esten perjudicas. Lo sugeri en recepción. Todo lo demás.muy bien"

The room itself had filthy mattresses, dirty sheets, and a "Mickey Mouse" water heater with dangerous wires hanging...

"Nice people. Great WiFi. Beautiful garden. Good parking. I will definitely use this hotel again "

"The photos of this place does great things. Once you’re here it’s different. They have some newer renovated rooms which we didn’t get even though it was nobody else at the hotel. The location is a little bit off inside a small alley. Reception only spoke Spanish."
