Guest will need to supply Pellets for the Grill/Smoker. We also provide enough propane for guest to immediately use, any more you will have to resupply.

✔Main Floor Highlights: The main floor is the heart of the home with a deluxe kitchen featuring vaulted ceilings and top-of-the-line stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher, large refrigerator, barbecue utensils and built-in icemaker. Dine in style with seating for 8 at the dining table and 4 more at the large island/bar. The living room offers a cozy fireplace and access to the full-length deck, where you’ll find a gas grill and outdoor dining table. Master Bedroom and two other bedrooms featuring extra pillows and blankets. Laundry Room has Washer/Dryer with additional storage that comes equipped with an Iron and Ironing board.
✔Bottom Floor Fun: The bottom floor is all about relaxation and entertainment. You’ll find a second full kitchen with another refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and a standalone ice maker – perfect for your boating adventures.
