Ideally located 200 meters from the beach and in the heart of the village, you can leave your car here and get around on foot. This lovely house features a shared entrance leading to the main house and the upstairs bedroom. On the ground floor: a large living room opening onto the terrace with a lounge area (TV), a dining room/equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker), a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a bathroom with a shower and vanity sink, a separate toilet, and a pantry with a refrigerator. Upstairs, there is an attic bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and one double bed (140 cm). Access is via a staircase. Outside, a courtyard with garden furniture, awning, deckchairs, hammock and plancha + parking space for one vehicle. The garage, including the washing machine, can accommodate a small car of up to 4.10 meters long. Housekeeping is the responsibility of the tenant. Linens not provided, rental possible from our partner, contact us. Heating from October 1st to May 31st extra according to meter reading. Wifi access possible via rental of a 5G box: €40/week.
