"We can't say enough good things about this B&B. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the rooms were cozy and quaint. Fireplace use is amazing and the rooms were very large. Our room had a bathroom that was disconnected (read the fine print) but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast in the morning was FANTASTIC!! "

Firstly, the front desk staff was so helpful with touring and dining suggestions tailored for us, which led to a fantastic view of Santa Fe...including suggestions for my 20 year old's photography! If management doesn’t cultivate the precious resource she is, it would be a colossal failure! Several good restaurants are located nearby, but I would not...

"The service at this hotel is what really stands out. We stayed in the Mesa Verde Suite in the Hacienda. I would definitely choose this if we returned and it's worth the upgrade. The room is fine, a bit older and with no real view, but having access to the butler and concierge is a nice touch and something not generally done at other hotels of this quality. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk. "

"This is such a great hotel. Everything we expected of something quaint in Santa Fe. Somehow I had missed, that the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, which we would have liked. However, they did have snacks in the lobby in the morning, and there was a fridge and table, so you could comfortably sit and have breakfast on your own in the room as well. So overall great hotel, Great location and great value for money. "
