The property features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a fully equipped kitchen including a filter coffee machine and a pod coffee machine. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, heating throughout, a washing machine, and step-free access. Families with young children will appreciate the baby crib, highchair, and access to toys and books.



Step outside to enjoy your private garden, private uncovered terrace, and private grill, perfect for relaxing meals in the open air. A shared outdoor pool and a shared heated pool are at your disposal. Please note that a video surveillance camera is oriented toward the parking area.



Shared on-site parking is available for 1 vehicle, and parking is available in the street. A shared EV charger is on-site for electric vehicles. A train station shuttle is available for an extra fee. Events are not allowed on the property.



The hosts live on-site but not in the booked property. They offer a personalized welcome, greeting each guest individually. They are knowledgeable about the region and happy to recommend visits, outings, and restaurants tailored to your interests throughout your stay. In July and August, bookings are on a weekly basis, while a minimum stay of 4 nights applies during the rest of the year.
