This is a charming and spacious villa with views of the sea and vineyards, as well as easy access to several beautiful beaches.

The Villa Exotic is located in a small private Domaine, close to shopping in La Croix Valmer and several good restaurants and beach bars in the area. The lovely garden contains valuable and exotic trees such as mulberry, palm, mango, olive, and pomegranate. Mediterranean flowers and plants can also be found throughout the gardens, which span 2000 square metres. There are several private corners, regardless of the size of the group.

The freeform swimming pool is ideal for cooling off on hot summer days. The pool is generously sized and pleasingly deep, making it ideal for working out after a day of beach parties. The pool area is a lush green space with sun beds and a cabana where you can take a nap or enjoy a cocktail.

The accommodation is in the main house on three floors, and in an independent cottage. Total: 7 bedrooms /5 bathrooms.

Ground floor:

Entrance hall. Master bedroom opening onto terrace, with en-suite shower room, also with extra single bed possible. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Small kitchen/ living room with TV and sofa-bed, opening onto terrace and covered dining area with table for 16 guests.

First floor:

Main living room with terracotta floors and large French doors opening to terrace with sea and vineyard views and working log fireplace. Dining in the living room or on the terrace. Spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining table. Two double bedrooms which share a shower room, one with sea view.

Second floor:

Parental suite with king size bed, leading to twin bedroom. Shower room.

Double room. Single bedroom suitable for a child. Kitchenette and shower room.
