This comfortable accommodation is ideal for a stay as a couple, with a small family or with friends, with a simple and functional layout. It consists of two separate bedrooms: one equipped with a double bed (140 x 200) for restful nights, the other with two single beds (80 x 190), perfect for children or accompanying guests. The sofa bed in the living room completes the sleeping arrangements while maintaining a pleasant space for socialising. This accommodation does not have a heating system.

The fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare meals independently thanks to a cooker, microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine. The accommodation also has clothes hangers, hot water, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, ensuring safety and peace of mind throughout your stay. The shower room is functional and well laid out for smooth daily use.

Outside, the private patio extends the living space and allows you to enjoy relaxing moments in the open air. Pets are welcome for an additional fee, so everyone can bring their furry friends along on holiday. A laundrette is available on site and the well-lit entrance makes arrivals easy, even in the evening. In accordance with the accommodation conditions, cleaning must be done before departure.
