Discover this charming attic (low ceilings in some areas) apartment. Located at 1405 route du Col des Aravis in La Clusaz, ideal for a functional and relaxing stay.
With its 47 m 2, this accommodation, on the 2nd floor of a chalet, is perfect for holidays with family or friends.

It has three comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed 140/190, a second with a double bed 140/190, and a third with a single bed 90/190.
You will also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and a welcoming lounge to relax after a day of adventures.

The accommodation offers optimal comfort with 5 beds, Wifi, parking / garage, wifi, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, equipped kitchen, Nespresso vertuo coffee maker, microwave, oven, iron, balcony, fry machine, toaster, sodastream, kettle, Bluetooth speaker, fondue set, raclette device, high chair baby, two standard beds umbrella and two televisions (in the living room and bedroom 2)... everything necessary for a carefree stay.

A private parking lot of the condominium is available in front of the chalet with the apartment. (1 car per unit) if necessary, other nearby parking spaces are available.

The location is a real asset: you will have direct access to the slopes, just 70 m from the slope 'Le Champ Bleu', accessible on foot. The chalet is located 800 m from the center of La Clusaz and 30 m from the stop of the free ski bus to the Val de Neige.

## Emplacement
Known worldwide for its ski area, La Clusaz is a commune of Haute Savoie located at the foot of the famous Aravis mountain range. The town offers a breathtaking view of the mountains, including Mont Blanc. Winter and summer, you will be able to recharge your batteries thanks to its nature and its heritage, rich in history. Its ski area is spread over 4 massifs (Balme, Aiguille, Etale and Beauregard), so you can wander around according to your desires, skiing or snowboarding in winter, but also walking or cycling in summer.
