It does not include the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture, etc.), the trash to be thrown away.

Household linen (sheets and towels) is not included in this reservation: you must bring your own household linen. These services are offered as an option, to be booked directly with the Conciergerie des Aravis:
- Rental of household linen (sheets and towels): €27.5 per person.
NB: The width of the beds is indicated in the description of the accommodation.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?
No, pets are not allowed.

GOOD TO KNOW, ACCOMMODATION RULES et CONDITIONS
- The accommodation is non-smoking and no noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Check-out time is 10 a.m. at the latest.
- The end-of-stay cleaning option does not include: the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture, etc.), trash cans and cleaning the fireplace (windows and ashes).
- A deposit is required for certain reservations. We use the independent online deposit service Swikly. The deposit is secured within two weeks of arrival (not debited/does not affect your credit card limit). It is automatically cancelled 20 days after your departure.
- We are unable to provide: shampoo, dishwashing liquid, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and cleaning products (there will be what the previous traveler left and so on)
- Other special features: NO WIFI, NO SOFA
