"Terrado Suites is best in Antofagasta. Since my last visit a year ago the breakfast has improved. Now it is actually very good breakfast. On the down side was the waiting time at the reception to check out: 30 minutes. There was one staff member and we all asked for more staff. But nothing happened. Anyway the hotel is in a beautiful position and the public area are great. Internet was working. All in all a good experience."

"Very nice hotel the only issue is the room needs to be upgraded. Wall paper coming off the wall, tv only had 1 working channel and the power cord was hanging out the socket which is not very safe. Kitchen floor was also sticky when we arrived so we had to go ask the receptionist on the 9th floor to have someone come mop. "

"Close to centrum, safe parking, good breakfast. Only the "rubber" sheets on the beds are very uncomfortable -advice, take it of. Everything is working in the hotel. Many restaurents only 4-6 min walk from hotel. Characterless but efficient."
