Welcome to a Harmony Homes property: our large countryside homes are designed to bring together families, friends and teams, prepared down to the last detail and professionally managed.

Under 2 hours from Paris, this elegant half-timbered farmhouse sits in the heart of the Pays d'Auge countryside, between Bernay and Lisieux. Everything here is designed for gathering: a private pool and spa, generous living spaces, and that Norman atmosphere that invites long meals around the table.

This is a real Norman farmhouse: exposed beams overhead, low doorways where the building decided so two centuries ago, and steep stairs up to the attic bedrooms. It has enormous charm and a few quirks, and we'd rather you know both before you arrive. Ask us for the floor plan, we'll send it straight away.

Private wellness area
A large pool enclosed in a glass veranda, open year-round. Natural light pours in from every angle, with views of the farmhouse and gardens. Outside, a hot tub (100°F / 37°C) under a covered timber shelter and a sauna (2-3 pers.) to unwind. All accessible in complete privacy, any time of day.

Living spaces
A welcoming kitchen and dining area with authentic charm, exposed beams and a wood stove, around one big table where everyone dines together, plus an air-conditioned veranda lounge. 6 bedrooms and an alcove (single bed on the landing) accommodating up to 15 guests; the king beds in bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 can be split into twin beds. Hotel-quality bedding, linens provided, and those small details that make all the difference: essentials and coffee provided, raclette machines, board games, books.

On-site activities
Indoors: foosball, dedicated children's corner, board games. Outdoors: barbecue, large terrace, ping-pong table, playground (swings, slide), all within a fully fenced garden where kids and dogs can roam safely. The Fontaine au Dragon trail starts directly from the house for walks or running. The Charentonne pastoral golf course is 20 minutes away, the sea 45.

🎉 Celebrations welcome, neighbours respected — Birthdays, reunions, long lingering meals: they all have their place here. Music stays indoors. Outdoors (terrace, garden, surroundings), we ask you to keep a reasonable noise level during the day, and quiet after 10pm. An outdoor noise sensor is simply there to help maintain this balance. Indoors, enjoy to your heart's content.
