Located just 30 metres from the sea, this 80 m² terraced house with a closed garden offers a private terrace with no overlooking neighbours and a second terrace on the upper floor with a sea view. Ideally situated in La Bernerie, it provides the perfect setting for a rejuvenating escape on the Jade Coast.



The house can accommodate up to four people. The upper floor includes a double bedroom (160 cm bed) with direct access to an 8 m² terrace with sea view. On the ground floor, there is a second bedroom equipped with a bunk bed (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old).



The ground floor living space features a fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker and capsules, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, citrus press, utensils and kitchen equipment), a dining room with television, an independent TV lounge and a separate toilet. Two bathrooms complete this property.



For your comfort, the accommodation provides two hairdryers, a washing machine, a table and garden chairs, a parasol, an outdoor lounge, a solar shower and a barbecue.



The rental also includes a private parking space on the property as well as a bike rack in the garden.

An ancient fishing village, La Bernerie en Retz at the beginning of the last century quickly became one of the most frequented seaside resorts on the coast.
