Located in the heart of La Baule, you're within walking distance of all amenities (Av De Gaulle and free summer shuttle bus 500m away, central market and train station 1.1km away, beach opposite).

In a quiet, historic building, on the 5th floor with elevator, you'll appreciate all the comforts at your disposal, as well as the balcony and its breathtaking, unobstructed ocean view!





It comprises an entrance hall, a bright living room (table and 2 chairs, 2-seater sofa, chest of drawers and TV, foldaway bed with 180° comfort mattress) opening onto a balcony where you can enjoy breakfast facing the ocean (180° panoramic view), a fully-equipped kitchen (small oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a shower room with shower and toilet and a corridor with storage space and washing machine.



LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED (on site: bath mat and kitchen towels, comforter, undersheet and 2 pillows). Possibility of renting, please RESERVE with Amélie.



We want to welcome you in excellent conditions: Our apartment has been completely renovated with quality materials and furniture, and the layout has been designed to offer you plenty of storage space and maximum comfort (wifi, internet TV, awning...).
