It features a large tastefully decorated living area, 4 bedrooms with double beds, a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, Wi-Fi Internet access, a television and 3 outdoor parking spaces. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, induction hobs, a Nespresso coffee maker, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a citrus press. You will also find a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a hairdryer at your disposal. The house is fully equipped with new furniture and has a heat pump.



ATTENTION: Parties are strictly prohibited following previous incidents with the neighbours. Please respect their peace and quiet between 10pm and 8am.
