The house has a large terrace and a garden where you can gather for breakfast or enjoy a refreshing drink whilst taking in the sun's rays. Inside, you will find a modern and fully equipped kitchen with gas hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, a freezer, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. A back kitchen is also at your disposal, equipped with an oven and a dishwasher.

For your moments of relaxation, the lounge is ideal for watching television or sharing a cup of coffee. An additional lounge area with a sofa bed offers a view of the terrace through a large bay window, perfect for taking time to read a book.

Once night falls, you can rest in one of the three bedrooms in the house. The first two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, ideal for couples, whilst the third bedroom, located on the top floor, has three single beds, it will delight the children.
