"En lille oase i Tarapoto er bedste beskrivelse af Tucan. God service, mini lejlighed med lille køkken og lækker balkon med udsigt over poolområdet og til gaden. Dejligt hvis man ikke vil være midt i det hele.
Hotellet er en smule udenfor centrum, så ikke meget støj fra trafikken.
Flot indrettet og fint poolområde med liggestole og borde/stole hvis det er hvad man ønsker.
Restauranten var rigtig god og med et fint udvalg og gode portionsstørrelser.
Morgenmaden var fin, selvom om der var lidt...

"Tarapoto Wes all booked up so I took a chance on this property it was a nice surprise quite and away from town very clean and the staff was very good I will definitely stay there again the house chicken 🐔 pasta was amazing and on my list to eat again "

"A lovely way to visit the forest without travelling for days into the forest. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Some people may complain that it is not remote enough but I can't imagine a more serene jungle setting within an hour of the Tarapoto airport. "

"En general el hotel es muy agradable, el personal es muy amable a excepción de la Srta. de recepción a quien deberían capacitar en atención al cliente. Tuvimos una mala atención de ella cuando nos reclamó porque nos demoramos en el paseo en bote, pero debo aclarar que fue una mala coordinación del personal del hotel. Por otro lado, nos cobraron S/ 150 adicionales por una mancha en el colchón que nunca hicimos y tuve que pagar para no perder mi vuelo de regreso."

"My experience was unique in that I slipped and fell breaking my right radius bone requiring surgery. The staff at the hotel were excellent they assisted me in getting to urgent care and stayed with me helping me get medication for pain. The food was excellent and the pool was refreshing. I would recommend this hotel. "
