"Alvaro was very welcoming and helpful! He arranged our transportation easily, the room was perfect for one night!"

"Meget venligt personale. "

"Beautiful property. Good location. Amazing employees. Definitely recommend!"

"An excellent choice for anyone who is budget conscious. Nothing fancy but charming with a great view of the Agua volcano. My room was cleaned everyday and it’s located in the quieter part of the city. Very helpful staff."

"Nice old style colonial hotel, with good sized family friendly pool. Nice and friendly staff even provided us with soap, shampoo and conditioner for 15 month old daughter, nice touch. Food and drinks are not super expensive but definitely not on the cheap side. All in all a great experience for us."

"The hotel is in a great location, very close to the park and several restaurants. The rooms are clean, and the views are beautiful. Although the parking is located at another very nice hotel a short distance away, it is covered and secure, which is a big plus. They also offer a delicious welcome drink, and the breakfast is very good as well. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!"

"The rooms are spacious and incredibly beautiful. Great beds and sheets! The staff are SO helpful. The best waiter is a woman named Argentina and the front desk staff very helpful! They can arrange anything and answer all your questions. Go there. I’ve been doing Guatemala for 20 years."

"I loved the room and they had a full kitchen!"

Vil helt klart anbefale dig at bo her. "

"Very nice place with a good atmosphere. The staff is great and the owner Christian is very helpfull. "

"I do not recommend those property. The owner needs a reality check and a serious investigation. The property smells terribly causing me nausea every night. The smell in the bathroom intensified at night making it impossible to use. I gave it 2 stars just because the staff was very friendly kind and helpful, otherwise it deserves 1 star for poor conditions."

"We changed our plan and needed to order an extra night separate, but they don’t want us to stay in same room and the second one was a downgrade. Take care of the distance to airport, we used 3t20m. for 36km. "

"We were very happy with our stay! The staff was very friendly, the property was very clean, and the location was excellent. The only issue we experienced was that the shower water was cold. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!"
