"First of all, the staff deserve my utmost appreciation for being professional and welcoming. Being in a place where the staff still remembers your name several days into the stay — without having any particular reason to 😜 — really adds to the great service. Second, the room was equipped with everything you could need for a stay. Nothing was missing, and nothing had to be asked for."

"We loved the individual attention we received when we had questions, from going to the post office we me twice, helping us with Japanese’s words, providing ideas for day trips. Very kind and helpful English speaking people."

"Our first time experiencing a Japanese traditional hotel, and we loved it! Great location and delicious breakfast!"

"The rooms were clean and very spacious for Japan we had a separate bathroom and shower area very clean and great to use massive rain showerhead and hot water we felt very welcomed and staff was super friendly and even helped us forward our luggage to our other hotel. It is located close to the livlyness of the city so for anyone wanting to go out and be right in the middle of everything it's great found food can many other shops around."

"Fint hotel. Venligt personale. Dejligt at de tilbyder den service, at man kan få sendt sin bagage til lufthavn/Kyoto (mod betaling). Vi fik sendt vores bagage i forvejen og den stod på værelset, da vi ankom. Stort udvalg til morgenmad. "

"Hvis man skal nævne en lidt negativ ting, er det at der er lidt larm fra gaden. Ellers så fint til prisen."

"Meget flot hotel med spa på værelset. Meget hjælpsomt personale"

"Amazing hotel, but quite outdated. This could really use an upgrade, although it is well maintained. The staff is really nice, great room service and a really nice restaurant on the 25th floor."

"Great location for access to the city. Hotel entrance hard to find"

"It was nice"

"Fantastisk flot hotel og godt pool område. Beliggenheden var ikke lige vores smag. "

"Hotel was nice in general, but 2 people with luggage are almost not possible in the tine rooms! Nice with the lounge area and free snacks/drinks."

"Moderne, færste klasses hotel. Lækre rum, moderne faciliteter og super venlig og imødekommende betjening. "

"Værelserne er virkelig små"

"For lidt vaskemaskiner i deres Vaskeri. De var stort set optaget hele døgnet rundt. Ellers var alt perfekt."
