Unfortunately, I do not feel that my rules in my property description and outline was respected. Everyone must abide by the owner's rules. If you don't like them then don't book the property. It is specified very clearly in my property description that I stay on the property and that this is a quiet property with no extra guests coming in to the property. I mean what I say. So when you speak about hearing my conversation 50 feet away, in the trailer, I guess it proves that this is a quiet property. However, why would you think the same applies to the cottage? The cottage is insulated, the trailer is not. I have no interest whatsoever in any conversations that you may have. However, I do have an interest in kids screaming at the top of their lungs from 8:00 at night till 11:15 pm, when I had to tell them to stop. I believe my word was chill. This is highly disrespectful to the neighbors as well as myself. As for your term Big Brother, well we sure know that you left the kids alone and were not here to monitor any of it.

Thank you very much for saying that it was accurate and perfect. However the beginning of your review states that I was evasive in my explanation of the owner stays on the adjacent property. There is nothing evasive about that periodically I do stay on the adjacent property. As for the photos of the property being very very strategically cropped, there has never been a fifth wheeler in front of the building that would block the view of the river. So there is no need for me to very, very, strategically crop out a fifth wheeler. The fifth wheeler is located on the adjacent property in the tree line against the neighbors property. It is not blocking any view of the river. As for the comment being an ear shot, being in another building 70 ft away I could not hear anything of what you were saying nor am I interested in hearing anything of what you were saying sounds kind of guilty especially since you wanted to bring guns on the property and probably did since you were traveling with them. Maybe that's your own guilty thoughts. And since you booked online instantly you certainly didn't have a conversation with me prior to your booking, However I hope that everybody always reads all the rules and regulations beforehand because if this isn't your type of property then you don't need to book it. I express that this is a quiet family cottage, quite clearly in my description. And I also explained it in the conversations we had before you arrived. That is all documented. And the furniture beside the trailer was the extra chairs I ordered for your guests that were supposed to come. I had the maintenance man put it underneath the awning because it was supposed to rain. I hope this retaliatory statement that you have made isn't because I told you you couldn't shoot or bring your guns. I try to make this a safe quiet property that families can come and enjoy their vacation without worry. Unfortunately after I cleaned I noticed that there were blankets brought out to the fire pit and now have hole in them from the sparks flying. I noticed the red bucket was broken, that was your dog's playing with it. This is unfortunate that you made false statements against me and my property. Had you read and had a conversation with me about the property description thoroughly you would have understood exactly what you were renting. Every property on VRBO is owned by someone. Every proper owner is entitled how the property will be run. Not the guests.
