We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Ile-Rousse, this charming air-conditioned apartment with a surface of 41 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, dryer, iron.

Ile-Rousse, nicknamed the Saint-Tropez of Corsica, has something for everyone: sun lovers will appreciate the warmest micro-climate in Corsica!
Sit on the village square lined with cafes and contemplate the clear turquoise water of the Balagne coast. The cobbled streets of the old town are full of places to eat, drink and buy traditional local products. Ile Rousse is the Saint-Tropez of Corsica! Come and discover its heritage, its beach and its sumptuous landscapes.
From the harbor, you can go to the center of Ile Rousse by the beautiful interior streets or by the Marinella promenade which goes along the coast until the fabulous place that is well known by the petanque amateurs, the Paoli place. Extend your walk to the beautiful Island of Pietra and that of Broccio for where you will have a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean!

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking lot of the apartment that can accommodate any type of vehicle with a numbered space (19).

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Car, scooter, bicycle and electric scooter rental.
- Bus Corsicar Line to Calvi-Bastia, Line to Saint-Florent
- Ferry from Ile-Rousse to Marseille, Toulon and Nice.
- L'Ile Rousse train station located at 1,6 km (21 minutes on foot)
- Airport of Calvi-Sainte Catherine located at 22,2 km (24 minutes by car)

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, in addition (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rate for 2 persons : 35€ for 1 person 18€.

- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
