VILLA KALAÉ

Guided tour of the Kalaé villa, built in 2023:

On the ground floor, in the main house:
- A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped which has all the necessary equipment and utensils. Thanks to its island and numerous cupboards, it is also very functional.
- A large, bright living room with high ceilings and an exceptional opening to the outside. It has two large comfortable sofas, a flat screen, a desk and an air fan.
- A pantry/laundry room with storage spaces and a washing machine
- A separate toilet with hand basin

The upper floor is accessible by a large contemporary staircase adorned with a superb custom-made red railing.
- Up there, two beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with a view of the garden, the swimming pool and the ocean. Each has a 160x200 cm bed and a large wardrobe.
- A spacious bathroom with large mirror, double golden sinks and walk-in shower.
- A separate toilet

External dependencies:
- Two beautiful, tastefully decorated air-conditioned suites, each with a 160x200 cm bed, a polished concrete bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a small work space. They both have direct access to the garden and the swimming pool, the 1st having a view of the swimming pool while the 2nd has a panoramic view of the ocean.

Outside :
- A large veranda extends the living room, with a large dining table perfect for 8 people.
- A superb infinity salt pool which measures 9m x 5m, with a progressive depth up to 1m90. It is heated during the southern winter and has an alarm security system.
- The swimming pool is surrounded by green spaces, ideal for relaxing on the 2 deckchairs provided.
- An unobstructed space dedicated to the very large jacuzzi (heated all year round)
- A relaxation net, perfect for relaxing and taking a little nap at the end of the day.
- 4 private parking spaces in front of the villa and electric car charging station.

LOCATION AND PROXIMITY
You will have access in a few minutes to the many shops in the town center of Etang-Salé-les-Hauts: bakeries, pharmacy, Super U supermarket, greengrocers, butcher, medical center, bank, wine cellar, cheese cellar, snacks and restaurants…
10 minutes from the beautiful black sand beach of Etang-Salé-les-Bains (secure) and the Golf de Bourbon (18-hole course), and halfway between the lagoons of St-Pierre in the South and the beaches from the west (la Saline, l'Ermitage, Boucan Canot), it is an ideal starting point for all your excursions to Reunion.
