Vacay Villa ArcA house with a special charm, especially for its large private outdoor space, surrounded by trees, where it creates an atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility.
Located in a very quiet residential street, at a short distance from Riells beach, 16min on foot and less than 5min drive.

The house has a living room and an open space kitchen, with large windows that lead to the interior terrace overlooking the garden. It has a TV with national and international channels (French channels).
The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary utensils and appliances (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker ..).
Maximum capacity: 6 people.
It has a garage, where bicycles can be stored, and where the washing machine is located.
Communal swimming pool:normally available from June to October (except during occasional maintenance or improvement periods as required by the facility). Usage hours are approximately from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. Please respect the schedule and the rules posted at the premises.



Definitely a suitable house for families who want to spend a quiet holiday!

Bedroom 1: A 140cm double bed.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds of 90cm.
The third room is upstairs in the tower:
1 140cm double bed, accessed by stairs.

Pets:1 Pet allowed, with prior notice to the agency. Supplement may apply.

Electric Car:Charging electric cars is NOT allowedin the accommodations. However, in l'Escala there are specific charging points available for your convenience.

Party and events:Please note that parties and events are not allowed in the accommodation.

Noise-free hours: 10 pm - 8 am Respect the quiet hours for the well-being of the neighbours.
