With its enclosed garden, ideal for playing and relaxing, as well as its terrace equipped for your outdoor meals (furniture and barbecue), the exterior promises you wonderful moments from your arrival.



On one level, the house opens onto a large living room adorned with beautiful white beams and a decorative fireplace, bringing undeniable charm to the room. On one side, the dining room invites you to share good meals, whilst on the other, a large sofa and armchair await you for moments of relaxation. The lounge is equipped with a television, perfect for watching a good film or following sporting events.



In the independent kitchen, you will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and a ceramic hob to prepare good meals. A dishwasher is also at your disposal to make life easier for you. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso pod coffee maker will help you start the day well.



On the night side, the house offers 4 bedrooms. The first is a master suite with a Queen size bed (160 x 200) and a private bathroom, which is located in the annex (it is necessary to leave the house to access it). The second and third bedrooms also have a Queen size bed. The fourth bedroom, more intended for children, is equipped with a single mezzanine bed, thus freeing up a nice floor space for playing.



You will also find a beautiful bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a double sink, as well as a separate toilet.



For added comfort, a washing machine and a parking space are at your disposal.

On this side of the island, it extends into a succession of sandy beaches and areas for shellfish gathering.
